Acknowledgement and Undertaking
On October 18, 2024, a panel of the NANB Complaints Committee referred the complaint against Abiola Ayobami Momoh (Registration number 031283) to the NANB Discipline Committee. The Complaints Committee accepted Ms. Momoh’s Acknowledgement and Undertaking which outlines that the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Momoh’s registration until the conclusion of the Discipline Committee proceedings:
- Refrain from applying any type of patient restraint;
- Refrain from practicing nursing in long-term care facilities;
- Not work independently as a self-employed Registered Nurse and not work in a supervisory role;
- Be supervised by a Registered Nurse or a Nurse Practitioner in good standing with NANB or the applicable nursing regulator of the province in which she resides; and
- Provide each employer with a copy of the Acknowledgement and Undertaking and Complaints Committee’s decision and advise NANB of any change in address or employer.
