Apply for Reinstatement

For Former NANB NPs

This section is for NPs formerly registered with NANB who want to apply for reinstatement and HAVE NOT been registered elsewhere, including outside of Canada, since their last active registration in New Brunswick.

Step 1: My Profile

Log into your NANB profile online. If you are unable to log into your NANB profile, please contact NANB at nanbregistration@nanb.nb.ca, with your registration number in the subject line.

Step 2: Reinstatement Application Form

Complete the Reinstatement application form, which is selectable under ‘Reinstate My Registration’, from your NANB profile ensuring to select the form for Nurse Practitioners.

If your name has changed since you were last registered with NANB, you must provide official documentation linking your old name to your new name (e.g., marriage certificate or name change certificate).

My Profile is NANB's online portal for applications and registrants. You will create a My Profile account when you begin the application process.
